1. Service Delivery

MQTTfy is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. All our services are delivered electronically via the internet. Upon successful subscription and payment, your account will be granted access to the features corresponding to your chosen plan immediately.

There are no physical goods to be shipped, and therefore, no shipping costs are involved. Access to our service is granted digitally to your account.

2. Exchange Policy

As a digital service, direct "exchanges" are not applicable. However, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account's billing section.

  • Upgrades: When you upgrade your plan, the change is typically effective immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
  • Downgrades: When you downgrade your plan, the changes will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan's features until then.
