By using the MQTTfy application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. Use of the Application

MQTTfy is provided for the purpose of visualizing MQTT data. You agree to use the Application lawfully and for its intended purpose. You are responsible for any data you connect to, including broker credentials and topics. The application is a client-side tool and does not store your broker or dashboard data on our servers.

3. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of its owners. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the owners.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

This includes, but is not limited to, your use of third-party MQTT brokers, APIs (such as Google Gemini), and advertising services (such as Google AdSense).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or omissions. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
